Canolfan Cae Cymro Community Centre is run by a voluntary Management Committee comprising 22 members of the community. The Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer are elected bi-annually and meet 6 to 8 time a year to resolve any problems and to discuss what alterations and improvements can be made.

There are five Trustees whose' remit is to ensure the correct Management of the Canolfan

The Hall and Conservatory are available for hire

you can hold the following events in the Hall and its Conservatory.

Conferences with wireless internet Access.

Lectures and Training Events.

These are just a sample set of layouts that can be set up in the Canolfan/hall, you can select one of these or choose your own by arrangement and agreement of the Management committee

Celebration Parties, Wedding, Birthday, Retirement, Christmas and any other party you can think of. Below are some ideas from previous events that have been held at the Canolfan.

There are excellent catering facilities at the hall and whether you

want to do your own catering or employ a firm of professionals

it can all be accommodated in the Hall Kitchen there is also a mobile facility

should you need extra capacity.

he main hall can seat 200 people for a lecture, conference etc., for a full sit down meal we can accommodate 130 people.

If you want a buffet we can accommodate 160 people.

The Conservatory can be used for a sit down meal and will accommodate 50 people.

We have a variety of tables for you to choose from, our round tables will seat eight people, we have rectangular tables which will seat six to eight people and square tables which will seat four people.

Round white linen table cloths are available for hire or you can provide your own table coverings.

The Kitchen can be used by Professionals or by you if you want to do your own catering.

There is a bar area with full bar facilities which we will operate on your behalf.

The design of the building means that if you have a function in the main hall the conservatory is available for a quiet room or for serving a buffet.

The hall is also ideal for sporting events five-a-side football, squash and rehearsals for dancing, drama groups and choirs

There is a large car park which will hold approximately one hundred cars.
